Lena sold her blood to raise the medical bills and returned to the hospital, only to uncover her husband Kelt and the nurse Tiffany's plot: faking his death to defraud insurance, dumping debts and eloping. She threw herself at the 'dead' Kelt, beating him through sobs until he dared not make a sound. Calming down, she announced to donate all his organs.
